Enquire and or book a tour

Enquire about our enrolments by visiting our website, submitting a chat conversation on the website, calling or emailing our Enrolment Officer, Nicole Wighton on 03 6108 2560 or [email protected].

Book a personal tour or attend one of our tour day events, including a Principal Tour or Open Morning tour day to have a guided staff or student led tour and see what a day at 糖心Vlog is like.

Submit application

Submit your child鈥檚 enrolment application online, including any required supporting documentation for identity, learning plans, medical, any legal items etc. You are required to pay the $50 enrolment fee to complete and submit. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrolment applications can be submitted all year for any year level and each will be assessed, based on availability.

During the school year, vacancies do arise in some year levels and we encourage families to submit an enrolment application.

The enrolment process commences in the year prior to submitting an application.

Processing of application

Our Enrolment Officer will then process your application with our Leadership and teaching team and contact you regarding your enrolment or the submitted information.

Progressing application and enrolment

Our Enrolment Officer will provide you with an indication of availability for the Year level you are applying for. If there is a space in that Year level, you will progress to the next steps of enrolment and visit the College in person, preferably with your child, for an enrolment interview with a member of our College Leadership team.

If there is not a space in the Year level you are applying for, you will be advised you are on a waitlist and that you will be kept informed of an available space.

If you are applying for Kinder or Year 7, the following year, or in upcoming years, please note, under the requirements of Catholic Education Tasmania, letters of offer and enrolment confirmation are in line with their timeline, as per all schools. We are governed by this and will keep you informed of your enrolment when we receive confirmation to proceed as a Catholic Education School.

Formal offer

After your enrolment meeting and in line with the required timelines (if applicable, for Kinder and Year 7), you will be presented with a formal offer. To finalise your child鈥檚 place at the College an acceptance fee of $250 is payable prior to commencement.

Confirmation of enrolment

Student is formally enrolled, entered in our College system and your family is provided with their class, teacher and beginning of school details and information.

Orientation and welcoming

Student and family are provided with key information for the start of the school journey, including Step Up Day, where the student has a taster day at the College to meet their peers, connect with teachers and attend classes. We will also connect you with our Transition Leader who will support your child鈥檚 start to school.
